Greater Klang Valley

Shipping Cost: FREE delivery for orders greater than RM 500.

Delivery Lead Time: Expect to receive your goods within 2 working days.

Logistics: Orders are handled by our internal DPI delivery fleet for maximum security.

Outstation (Outside Klang Valley)

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Lead Time: May take more than 3 days.

Logistics: We engage reputable local courier companies to manage long-distance transit.

For Large Format Printer (Plotter) purchases, we provide more than just delivery. Our Technical Solution Team ensures your equipment is ready for production from day one:

🏪 Self-Collection & Third-Party Pickups

If you require your items immediately, you can opt for Self Collect at the checkout page. You may collect in person or schedule a third-party rider (e.g., Lalamove, Grab) to pick up the items on your behalf.

Order Processing & Payment

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday. Most HP DesignJet consumables are kept in ex-stock to ensure the shortest possible waiting time and prevent project downtime.

Payment Reminders: If you face issues during payment, check your email for a "Payment reminder for your order #####" message. You can retrieve and complete your unpaid order directly from that link without starting over.

Returns & Refunds
