Lai Yew Hoe has led DPI's CAD Solution Division since it was formed in 2008, and is the person behind the team that built the business. He sets the division's direction across HP DesignJet plotters, Autodesk and ZWCAD software and after-sales service, and oversees its digital marketing and the systems the team uses to schedule field-service jobs. Under his leadership, DPI has been named Best HP DesignJet Partner (Malaysia) every year from 2008 to 2025.

Regine Sing has 12 years of experience in HP DesignJet large-format printer sales and product management. She prepares DPI's model recommendations and quotations, works with HP on each quarter's promotions, and matches architects, engineers and contractors to the right plotter, from compact 24-inch printers to production multifunction printers. Her work has been recognised with Best HP DesignJet Partner awards every year since 2016.

Sivanantham V. has more than 10 years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing HP large-format printers. He is an HP-certified engineer for the full HP DesignJet range, including the HP DesignJet XL 3800, and leads DPI's on-site diagnostics and repairs. In August 2026 he received HP's Best LFS TCE & CSAT recognition, an internal HP award for engineers.

Founded in November 1995, DPI Technology Sdn Bhd is the leading solutions provider in digital printing, sign and display system in Malaysia. DPI Technology Sdn Bhd provides total system solutions to users in specialized areas such as wide-format digital printing and cutting, technical printing and color management services. On year 2010, we expand our business to Singapore, named DPI Technology Pte Ltd.

Our key product range from HP large format printers (mainly HP Designjet and HP Latex), Graphtec (Cutting plotter & Large format scanner), Roland (Large Format Printer and Cutting Plotter), ONYX RIP software solution, 3M, Arlon Large format media etc. To provide focused expertise for architects and engineers, we operate this dedicated CAD Solution Division for HP DesignJet technical products.

DPI Technology Sdn Bhd’s development of its total system solutions was the direct result of understanding the needs and expectations of the market as it has developed in Malaysia and elsewhere.

Backed by people with more than 30 years of combined digital printing experience have resulted in the implementation of systems to achieve consistent high quality, productivity and therefore profits. As DPI Technology Sdn Bhd continue to expanding, we formed 2 division on year 2008 under one roof: Graphics Division (visit dpitechnology.com) and CAD Solution Division (dpicadsolutions.com).

Since then, CAD Solution Division achieve a significant grow and constantly getting overwhelming support from AEC industry customers. For Singapore, we expand our business on year 2010, focusing on Large Format Graphics Printer and HP DesignJet large format products.

In March 2015, GrandTech C.G. Systems Inc., a public listed company in Taiwan Stock Exchange, acquired 52% stake in DPI Technology. This acquisition strengthens our Group's ability to provide long-term service stability for all our Graphics and CAD customers across the region.

Our hard work rewarded with multiple awards from HP, namely BEST HP DESIGNJET PARTNER (MALAYSIA) FOR YEAR 2008 - 2025, and BEST HP DESIGNJET PARTNER (SEA) FOR YEAR 2012, 2014, 2016 & 2018. These accolades reflect our status as the premier technical plotter specialist within the DPI Technology group.
