HP 729 DesignJet Printhead Kit Overview
HP 729 is the replacement printhead for the HP DesignJet T730 and T830. One printhead prints all four colours, it is designed to be replaced by the user, and the kit includes four starter cartridges: 40 ml cyan, magenta and yellow, and 69 ml matte black.

When should I replace the HP 729 printhead?
Replace it when the printer asks for a new printhead, or when missing lines, banding or wrong colours remain after you run printhead cleaning and alignment from the front panel. If you are unsure, our HP-certified engineers can check the plotter onsite.
