Important Firmware Requirement:
Users must upgrade their printer’s firmware to use new part numbers, otherwise the printer will not recognize them. Updated printers will continue to accept both current and new supplies. Firmware can be found at: www.hp.com/go/designjet/firmwareupdate
Compatibility Notice:
HP DesignJet T620, T1100, and T1120 printers are not compatible with firmware upgrades for these cartridges. As support for these models ended in April 2016, they will no longer be compatible with HP 72 inks from this point forward.
